SINCE YOU ARE ONLY ONLINE DO YOU DO POP-UPS ?
Yes, sometimes we do pop-ups store with some of our affiliates event organizer. For now we are only do pop-ups in Jakarta, Check out our Instagram for more details on our previous and incoming events.
DO THE COLORS AND SHAPE OF THE ACTUAL PRODUCTS LOOK LIKE THE IMAGES I SEE ON MY COMPUTER?
To obtain the best results we use the best materials and colors. We tried to represent the products accurately online. However, since we handmade our stuffs, sometimes there is a slight difference in the look/color, we cannot guarantee an identical match between screen images and products. But that what makes us unique, we put a lot of love and effort to each and every product that we made.

PLACING AN ORDER
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently we only provide one kind of payment process that you can choose in the last checkout form. Offline payment (BCA bank transfers and Credit Card through Paypal)
1. All credit card payments should be paid through PayPal. After you have complete your order, you will receive an email containing all the information needed to complete the orders. Please note that Paypal payments are all processed in USD currency, and you don't need a PayPal account to pay with credit card.
2. if you wish to make payments through BCA Bank Transfers, please just proceed until the last checkout page and choose BCA bank transfer payment. and you will receive an email containing all the information needed to complete the orders. Please note that Bank Transfers are all processed in IDR Currency, and you will have to reconfirm your payment to us via email max 24hour after you received our order confirmation email. Absolutely yes. We use PayPal, the most up-to-date security systems for handling online payments. We never store your credit card information on any of our computers.

The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We don't store your credit card details and we don't share any stored information with third parties.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PREPARE MY ORDER FOR SHIPPING?
Because items are ready stocks. Our preparing time only need 1-2 days max, Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday (also known as 'business days' or 'working days'), except holidays.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We are working to provide a quicker, more cost effective international carrier in the near future. But, currently, the normal method of delivery (unless specifically agreed otherwise) is a regular postal service (TIKI Shipping Company) for domestic and ROYALCARGO, TOLL Group, and EMS POS INDONESIA for international shipping.
HOW DO I KNOW MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED?
We ship out every weekday, Monday through Friday (also known as 'business days' or 'working days'), except holidays. We sends out a confirmation e-mail after we ship out. We also send tracking numbers for all purchases you can check it on TIKI Shipping Company or JNE Shipping Company. All orders usually ship within one week of purchase. If you need it sooner, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items are shipped via regular post (TIKI Shipping Company or JNE Shipping Company) with tracking, which delivers to the indonesian countries in 1 to 10 business days, and everywhere else from 2 to 3 weeks. These ship times are simple estimates based on our experience and are only estimates and not guaranteed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We do quality control on all the items before shipping and we take the greatest care when shipping items, so they should get to you in perfect condition. We are not responsible for item(s) damaged during the shipping process, however, for us the most important thing is to provide quick help with any issues you might have and we will do whatever possible to resolve the situation. We will offer a free replacement of an item if it's defective or damaged but we don't exchange it with a different one even if it has equal value. Please inspect your order upon delivery, damaged item claims must be made within seven days of package arrival. To process a return or exchange, please contact us and include your order number and details. We’ll get back to you with instructions on processing your return. An additional shipping fee may be applied.
